We’re going mad for mini-beasts this Easter!
We have four family friendly activities over the holidays, hosted up in The Attic on Level 3. See below for more info.
Join in our Easter Mini-Beast Trail
Throughout the Easter holidays, collect a Trail Leaflet from Toy Barnhaus (Friday 29th March – Friday 12th April) and join in our mini-beast trail!
Find all the hidden mini-beasts to earn a sweet treat, and you could also WIN a 1KG jar full to the brim with chocolate buttons! See the Trail Leaflet for more info.
EasterBugs at St Nics
Come along and meet some marvellous mini-beasts; join our interactive bug-fact-finding sessions and decorate a bug cupcake to take home; and finally, you can pop along to our fantastically fun garden party sessions with loads of great games!
The following events are ticketed – please see the links below for more information and to make a booking. Please note that if events are particularly busy, parents will need to wait outside the event space.

The Wiggly Wild Show
This Event is now SOLD OUT
Please note that the Wiggly Wild Show is strictly for children aged 4+ only*. As each session is 45 mins, we do not recommend bringing younger siblings to these sessions.
Meet some fantastic mini-beasts at our sessions! Live animals you can learn about and meet** are:

*there is a small chance of salmonella should children lick their hands without cleaning them after handling the mini-beasts. The minimum age is set since younger children are more likely to lick their fingers.

Bug Out Fun Time
Join us for this event perfect for curious minds and sweet tooths!
Interactive Session: join fun activities and participate whilst learning about bugs in our fun fact-finding sessions.
Decorate a Bug Cupcake: Who wouldn’t want to make (and maybe even eat!) a bug-themed cupcake? Choose from a ladybird or bee theme, or create your very own type of bug as you decorate a cupcake to take home.

Garden Party Games
Get ready for some wiggly fun at our Garden Party Games, hosted by our lovely ladybirds.
Join in with garden themed games such as:
- How Many Ladybirds Can You Catch? Try and catch our ladybird balloons, or shake the parachute to keep the ladybirds flying!
- Musical Garden Statues – how still can you be? Can you fool our ladybird hostesses?
and lots more fun, with prizes to be won!
