The 17,575 sq. ft revolutionary gym offers a friendly, group-oriented and performance driven environment to Sutton residents, fitted with state of the art exercise and health monitoring equipment.
The Sutton site will be the sixth gym in the ground-breaking fitness club’s chain and is the first to be sited within a shopping environment. Offering a totally innovative gym experience which combines the best fitness Technogym equipment, immersive cinematic exercise activity and digital health check points, SWEAT! members will also be able to take advantage of assistance from friendly and welcoming personal trainers along with the latest in wearable performance tracking technology.
Operating at a fraction of the cost of other gym memberships, SWEAT! offers seven group exercise activities from virtual spinning and aerobics as well as core exercises that burn 1,000 calories per hour. Members can gain comprehensive feedback on their work outs through their personal digital “My Wellness” account which can then be shared on social media.
