By entering this promotion, all entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The promoter is St Nicholas Shopping Centre, Sutton (“the Promoter”).

Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

This promotion is governed by English law, and entrants agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time if circumstances make such action necessary.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if there are reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise acted fraudulently or dishonestly.

To enter, participants must register a valid receipt at the Elf Validation Station in St Nicholas Shopping Centre during the stated opening times.

The competition runs from 29 November 2025 until 3:00pm on Saturday 20 December 2025.

Winners will be selected at a live draw held on Saturday 20 December 2025 between 4:00pm and 5:00pm at St Nicholas Shopping Centre.

At the live draw, a winner’s name will be drawn at random. If the selected winner is not present, the Promoter will draw one further name. If the second name drawn is not present at the event, the prize will be awarded to the first name drawn and they will be contacted after the event using the details provided at registration. Prize collection will be arranged in the New Year.

Prizes are as described on the competition website or promotional materials. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Winners must be able to collect their prize from St Nicholas Shopping Centre.

Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity, including photography. Images may be shared on the Promoter’s social media channels and website.
