What’s happening this Christmas at St Nicholas?
Join us on Saturday 24th November to celebrate the start of the festive season as we turn on our Christmas Lights with Enjoy Sutton.
The fun begins at 12 noon with Santa’s arrival parade, accompanied by skating, bouncing, juggling, dancing, singing elves and a polar bear!
Starting at Carphone Warehouse, the parade will make its way down the high street and into the St Nicholas Centre, where they will be joined by Sutton Rock Choir for a festive performance in the main atrium.
Father Christmas will then make his way to his Grotto* to greet children from 1pm – 4pm!
There will also be FREE Face Painting from Toy Barnhaus on the ground floor, the opening of this year’s Giving Tree Appeal and more.

Santa’s Grotto will reopen on Saturday 1st December until Christmas Eve.
Help us spread some Christmas cheer by supporting our Giving Tree Appeal.
Opening on Saturday 24th November, we have again partnered with the charity Hestia, to help make a child’s Christmas a little bit brighter by providing them with a gift to open on Christmas Day.
Unfortunately, we are not all blessed with a happy and safe family life, with some having to leave their homes due to domestic violence. These families leave with nothing and in most circumstances, are unable to have any contact with family, so the Giving Tree Appeal aims to make their Christmas little bit brighter.
So, we invite kind hearted customers to purchase a gift for a child from our Christmas Wish List, which can be found in the Toy Barnhaus shop window on the ground floor.
Simply choose a gift from the list, purchase it and then hand into the staff at Toy Barnhaus (unwrapped). All the gifts will be collected, wrapped and delivered on Christmas Day.
For more information about Hestia and the amazing work they do not only in the borough but across London, please visit. http://www.hestia.org/
